The Soups

The Soups of Casale have born to the insignia of the goodness and the health, in every season they represent a good choice for the one who wants to bring in table genuine tastes and attention to the quality. In winter, beautiful warm, even accompanied with some roasted bread, they heat the body and the soul.  In the summer, serving they  cold with a thread of extra virgin olive oil, they satisfy with lightness furnishing the correct increase  of vitamins, mineral salts and fibres. Any preservative or additive, only the nature in the Soups of the Casale.  Vegetables, cereals, and aromatic grasses combined among them according to simple recipes:
