The Pasta

To say “ Pasta” is like to say “Italy”. The queen of the Mediterranean diet can be defined and in this epoch of fitness and diets it defends him with honour from the attacks of the Kilocalories because is an healthy and balanced food. It has in fact an elevated energetic value, few fat and discreet protein content.  To appreciate it to the best it needs to follow two simple rules: to choose it of the first quality and to season it with light sauces. Casale Paradiso  has discovered again ancient Italian recipes of country tradition readapting them to the demands of the modern life.  The result of this careful and interesting  job is the seasoned pasta of the Casale.  Durum semolina  wheat drawn in bronze seasoned with dried vegetables and aromatic herbs.  Any chemical adds or glutamate; only the taste and the perfume that mother nature offers us.  All it takes is making to boil some water, some extra virgin olive oil and in few minutes it is possible to taste an excellent and healthy dish of pasta.  There is only the embarrassment of the choice:
